Creamy Crockpot Chicken recipe
The green peppercorns in this crockpot recipe make all the difference!

10 chicken thighs or drumsticks, skins removed
2 bunches of spring onions, sliced
1 bay leaf
1 cup of hot water
2 chicken stock cubes, crumbled
3 tablespoons green peppercorns in brine, drained
1 cup of hot water
1 cup plain yoghurt
blespoons cornflour
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Place all the ingredients in the Crockpot or Slow Cooker except the cornflour and water. Mix until well combined.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours.
Mix the cornflour with the yoghurt and stir into the crockpot.
Cook on HIGH whilst preparing accompaniments.
Remove sprig of rosemary before serving the Creamy Chicken Crockpot.
Serves 4 - 6
